Multi-purpose loan (Appliance, House Repair/ Renovation, Travel, Pay Debt, Medical, Tuition and Others)

Eligible Borrowers:

• Permanent Employee with 1 year tenure
• Minimum Salary Requirement – P35,000
• Minimum Age Requirement- 30 to 65 years old upon loan maturity

Application Requirements:

• Duly filled-out and signed application form
• Two (2) valid id’s (Company Id/ Government issued id)
• Certificate of Employment
• Two (2) months latest payslip
• Latest ITR
• Proof of Billing
• Latest Credit Card Billing

Mode of Re-payment: Via Auto Debit Arrangement – AUB Account

Auto Loan Requirements

Loan Purpose:

Acquisition of Brand NEW Vehicle

Eligible Borrowers:

• Permanent Employee with 1 year tenure
• Minimum Salary Requirement – P35,000
• Minimum Age Requirement- 30 to 65 years old upon loan maturity

Application Requirements:

• Duly filled-out and signed application form
• Two (2) valid id’s (Company Id/ Government issued id)
• Certificate of Employment
• Two (2) months latest payslip
• Latest ITR
• Proof of Billing
• Dealer’s Quotation

Loan Purpose:

House and Lot, Townhouse, Condominium Unit/ Vacant Lot

Eligible Borrowers:

• Permanent Employee with 1 year tenure
• Minimum Salary Requirement – P40,000
• Minimum Age Requirement- 30 to 65 years old upon loan maturity

Application Requirements:

• Duly filled-out and signed application form
• Two (2) valid id’s (Company Id/ Government issued id)
• Certificate of Employment
• Two (2) months latest payslip
• Latest ITR
• Proof of Billing
• Marriage Contract , if applicable
• Collateral Documents (Title, Tax Declaration, Contract to sell)
